Operation SaVE (Sterilization and Vaccination Effort) is our low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Little Rock. Wellness services are available for animals only at the time of surgery. There are no income or residency restrictions to participate in the program, but all surgeries are by appointment only. To schedule, call (501) 455-5400.
Though there are no residency restrictions, both Pulaski County and the City of Benton provide subsidies to their residents to reduce the costs for surgery and rabies vaccination as a way to promote spay/neuter to reduce the unwanted and homeless pet population at Operation SaVE. We also have reduced pricing for feral/community kitties that are to be trapped/neutered/returned. For people who do not qualify for these assistance programs, but still cannot afford the cost of surgery for their pet, please ask us how we can help!
